Welcome to Roland.ae. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By accessing or using Roland.ae, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Roland.ae is operated by WG Electronics, the authorized dealer for Roland™ products in the United Arab Emirates. We provide musical instruments, pro audio gear, and related services for individual customers, schools, and institutions.

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice. All prices are in AED and without VAT unless otherwise stated. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or approved purchase order (for institutions). Payment methods are the approved financing options. We may cancel an order if payment is not received or verified. We offer free delivery within the UAE for eligible orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Products may be returned within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Certain items (e.g., software, special orders) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Roland products are covered by the official Roland UAE warranty (duration varies by product). Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.  We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or delays in delivery. All content on Roland.ae — including images, text, product descriptions, and branding — is owned by Roland™ or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
